Conference and Meeting Rooms at The Pavilion Conference Venue

As the largest Conference Venue within Mid Wales and one of the largest in Wales as a whole, The Pavilion Conference Venue has a variety of Meeting Rooms to suit your individual Conference needs and requirements.

The Pavilion Conference Venue is split over two floors, with the Main Hall Meeting Room, The Sun Lounge Meeting Room, The Arlais Meeting Room and the main Conference Venue Foyer all being located on the ground floor, whilst the Ithon Lounge Meeting Room is located on the first floor along with the main balcony that overlooks the Main Hall, increasing its capacity from 250 to 500 delegates.

The ground floor of The Pavilion Conference Venue, contains 3 of our 4 meeting rooms. With comprehensive disabled access, our three ground floor meeting rooms are ideal for conferences of any size.

The Pavilion Conference Venue First Floor Meeting Room Plan

The first floor of The Pavilion Conference Venue, is home to our superb Ithon Meeting Room, perfectly suited for Boardroom style meetings for for upto 30 delegates. The first floor also contains the Balcony which if used in conjuction with the Main Hall increase our Capacity to 565 delegates, making The Pavilion the Largest Conference Venue in Mid Wales.
